This Bayhill B340RK by Evergreen is truly a high end fifth wheel. One example is the laundry. While some you look at will have a washer/dryer combo, this one has a separate washer and dryer! That way, you can run both at once and get through your laundry more quickly. There’s even a dishwasher! The materials quality on the interior is a definite step up from most other fifth wheels. The floors, the cabinets, counter tops, even the bathroom fixtures are very nice. Speaking of the bathroom, it is all one unit…so many fifth wheels separate these, which makes them less roomy. You will notice in the photos that the fireplace now has a self-contained heater that has it’s own propane source and will heat the entire trailer! The refrigerator is huge, larger than many in site built homes. And, as you can see, the kitchen is not in the middle where it breaks up the living space, which makes this Bayhill very open and inviting! There is a LOT of cabinet and closet space! The length is just over 39 feet, so it is remarkably spacious. And, the overall condition is way nicer than many trailers we’ve seen that are significantly newer. And, this one is priced at just about 40% of the price when new, so the value is excellent! You really need to see this one in person to appreciate it. Save yourself the effort of running around and come look at this one first. That may very well end your shopping, and prevent someone else from snapping up this one. Also, the owner (this is a consignment) has a cover that covers the whole trailer while it’s being stored, which she will sell for $500 if you want it. AND, the steel stairs in the photos are not included at this price. If you would like them also (they break down for easy transport), they can be yours for $2,000.
